MOOD BOARD 1 | CITY WALK CHIC
The international luxury fashion Boutique By Symphony, curated by Emirati entrepreneur Salama Alabba, is the home of some of my most loved designers and fashion brands in the region. So when they asked me to style their product into a Spring/Summer Mood Board, I was happy to take on the challenge and pull together my lust-list for the season ahead.
My friends and I enjoy spending our Saturday afternoons watching the world drift by and catching some sun at City Walk (aka the fashion runway of Dubai) so I used this to inspire my first outfit choice. I love wearing jeans, Ts and high heels, the pairing makes a great street style look and I enjoy mix n' matching the items in my wardrobes to find new cool combos. The items I selected from By Symphony were a denim pair of Each X Other jeans and a crystal en-crusted ear cuff by Fallon. I saw the ear cuff first and built my whole outfit around this piece as its just super cool. I also thought this was a really good price at AED750 for such a beautiful piece. I selected the jeans as I wanted to dress down the accessorie and not detract from its prettiness - you'd definitely have to wear your hair scooped back in sleek pony tail in order to show it off to the max.
The jeans are fabulous - By Symphony also have a really cool ombre pair on their website which I am after too but I opted for this light stone wash pair as I knew I wanted to funk up the look with some bold accessories. I styled the jeans with the famous pair of Carrie Bradshaw Manolo's, as the royal blue looks great with denims and they are generally a really comfy shoe to wear during the day as the heel is medium height. To create a little more dimension to the outfit I added the pink hermes scarf and matching chanel lipstick.

MOOD BOARD 2 | NUDE NOTES
My second Mood Board is an evening look; I have to attend the Grazia Style Awards this week (which I'm really excited about) so I wanted to pull an outfit idea together as I still have no clue what to wear. The Grazia Style Awards is a very glamorous event, where Dubai's glitterazi come out in force to showcase the latest luxury must haves (and everyone gets wardrobe envy).
I decided to go for a nude colour palette, because simply, I am obsessed with the beige on beige look - I just think it looks really sophisticated and chic for red carpet events. This dress is from Tibi and is one of Symphony's new in pieces. I love the cut and the fine-line detailing that runs at different angles to compliment your figure. You can see how the bust area runs horizontally to emphasize your curves, whilst the paneling on the tummy area runs vertically which is really slimming. The plain panel which runs around the waist draws attention to your smallest point, which again is going to do wonders for complimenting your shape.
I paired the Tibi dress with a nude pair of Louboutins, when it comes to the patent point, I do prefer Jimmy Choo but I thought for evening of glamour you really need to show off those red soles. The clutch is a master-piece by Linda Furrow which has the most stunning embellishments. This retails at AED7,000 (gulp) but every girl needs to have something pretty and sparkly on their lust-list hey? For this look I would continue the neutral tones in my make-up and go heavy on the eye with dark shades of bronze and a cat-style eye liner applied. I think this outfit would also look great with a red lip, what do you think?
Dress - Tibi Dress, Raffia Organza AED2,725
Shoes - Louboutin
Bag - Linda Furrow clutch chain shoulder bags AED7,000
Eyes - Urban Decay Naked 3

Earings - pretty sparkly ones I found on the internet (google: blush pink diamonds)
