What I wore today, an outfit I only bought the night before but was so excited to sport my new threads that I had to wear it to work the very next day.  Before I delve into the details of this outfit post I firstly have to excuse the backdrop of my photo - I'm actually outside Spinny's in Jumeirah en route to do my weekly food shop, not ideal, but trying to fit in blogging, work and play is quite challenging at the mo - so I hope I'm excused!

I'm not a huge fan of separates, but this combo I love.  I generally prefer dresses as they save so much time, once you put on a dress, you're dressed! I think Marc Jacobs said something along those lines. Anyway, I'm wearing the Kamila top from Reiss, which is dye-cut fabric layered over a cotton underlay that is finished with scallop detailing at the bottom.  In all the campaign imagery this top is styled with black bottoms but I actually prefer it with a light colour as you get to see the beautiful details along the hem.

This outfit is quiet expensive and I typically wouldn't spend this on my work wardrobe but the truth is I get a discount at Reiss, hence why I can justify the purchase - and why I spend so much money there!  The outfit details are below and you can get these in any Dubai store.
